Heating Instructions

Do not open the vacuum-sealed bag in which the tamal is packaged. Heat the tamal for 20 minutes in boiling water or in a steamer. It's then ready to enjoy!

Our products are delivered frozen to guarantee optimal freshness and quality. Please follow the instructions below carefully for the best results.

Important

Do not open the vacuum-sealed packaging under any circumstances before heating. The product must always be heated in its sealed packaging as instructed.

Defrosting

• For consumption the next day:Let the tamales or pollo a la brasa thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
• For consumption the same day:Place the product in a bowl of cold water outside the refrigerator until fully thawed.

Once thawed, follow the heating instructions for the specific product.

Delivery Schedule

• We deliver throughout the Netherlands on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed on other weekdays will be delivered on the next Tuesday or Thursday.
• On Saturdays and Sundays, we deliver only in Den Haag, Voorburg, Rijswijk, and Delft.

Order Cut-off Times

• Orders placed before 08:00 AM on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday will be delivered the same day between 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
• Orders placed after 08:00 AM will be delivered on the next available delivery day (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday) between 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
