Reheat in the oven

1. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator one hour before cooking, allowing it to reach room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
3. Take the chicken out of the vacuum bag and place it in the oven.
4. Heat the chicken for 20 minutes in the oven.
5. After 20 minutes, increase the temperature to 200 °C and heat for an additional 5 minutes to achieve a crispy skin.
6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Reheat in the air fryer

1. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator one hour before cooking, allowing it to reach room temperature.
2. Preheat the air fryer in roast mode at 175 °C.
3. Take the chicken out of the vacuum bag and place it in the air fryer.
4. Cook the chicken for 20 minutes in the air fryer.
5. After that time, increase the temperature to 200 °C and cook for an additional 5 minutes to achieve a crispy skin.
6. Ready to serve and enjoy.

Our products are delivered frozen to guarantee optimal freshness and quality. Please follow the instructions below carefully for the best results.

Important

Do not open the vacuum-sealed packaging under any circumstances before heating. The product must always be heated in its sealed packaging as instructed.

Defrosting

• For consumption the next day:Let the tamales or pollo a la brasa thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
• For consumption the same day:Place the product in a bowl of cold water outside the refrigerator until fully thawed.

Once thawed, follow the heating instructions for the specific product.

Delivery Schedule

• We deliver throughout the Netherlands on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  Orders placed on other weekdays will be delivered on the next available Tuesday or Thursday.
• On Saturdays and Sundays, we only deliver in The Hague, Voorburg, Rijswijk, and Delft.
• Please place your order no later than the day before.
