Our duck tamales are an innovation of flavor that pay tribute to the traditional northern Peruvian "seco de pato", made with 100% Peruvian ingredients. We use traditional recipes as a base, then fuse them with other flavors from our Peruvian cuisine, always ensuring an authentic and delicious taste. Our tamales are made with corn dough, seasoned with a flavorful stew, and filled with tender, slow-cooked confit duck, then wrapped in plantain leaves, giving them a unique and savory aroma.

    Our products are delivered refrigerated. Heating instructions: Do not open the vacuum-sealed bag in which the tamal is packaged. Heat the tamale for 20 minutes in boiling water or in a steamer. It will be ready to enjoy!

    Delivery Schedule

    • We deliver throughout the Netherlands on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
      Orders placed on other weekdays will be delivered on the next Tuesday or Thursday.
    • On Saturdays and Sundays, we deliver only in Den Haag, Voorburg, Rijswijk, and Delft.

    Order Cut-off Times

    • Orders placed before 08:00 AM on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday will be delivered the same day between 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
    • Orders placed after 08:00 AM will be delivered on the next available delivery day (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday) between 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
