On this occasion, we decided to reinvent this traditional delicacy by fusing it with tamales, another icon of Latin American gastronomy.


The result: shrimp chupe tamales. The dough is made with corn flour, enriched with olive oil, butter, peanut paste, and a seafood stock. It is filled with shrimp and served with an intense chupe sauce, prepared with cream, mirasol chili, panca chili, tomato paste, red onion, garlic, and spices such as cumin, pepper, annatto, and cilantro.

    Instructions for reheating: Do not open the vacuum-sealed bag in which the tamale is packaged. Heat the tamale for 20 minutes in boiling water or a steamer. It will then be ready to enjoy!
    The additional sauce only needs to be heated for 8 minutes in the same vacuum-sealed bag in which you receive the product, in boiling water or a steamer.


    Storage tips: Do not open the vacuum-sealed bag in which the tamale is packaged. This helps keep the tamale in perfect condition for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

    Delivery Schedule

    • We deliver throughout the Netherlands on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
      Orders placed on other weekdays will be delivered on the next Tuesday or Thursday.
    • On Saturdays and Sundays, we deliver only in Den Haag, Voorburg, Rijswijk, and Delft.

    Order Cut-off Times

    • Orders placed before 08:00 AM on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday will be delivered the same day between 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
    • Orders placed after 08:00 AM will be delivered on the next available delivery day (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday) between 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
